I received word this week that an article I wrote, “The State of Unbelonging,” will be published in the December 2013 edition of Among Worldsa magazine published by Interaction International for Adult Third Culture Kids (ATCKs). ATCKs are people who spent a significant amount of their childhood in a country other than their parents’ home country. This includes missionary and military kids, as well as the children of international diplomats or business people.

I haven’t delved into Third Culture Kid (TCK) subjects on this blog, but I occasionally write articles on the topic since I grew up as a TCK. If you go to the Interaction International website, you can find out more about what it means to be a TCK.

To get your hands on the article you’ll need to subscribe to the magazine or wait until back issues are available for purchase on the Interaction International website. (Or you’ll have to come visit me once I get my copies!)
